"Absolutely unpleasant stay. Elevators were out of order. No towels at all in our room. Called the desk and they literally only gave us a wash cloth because that's all they had available. They were non apologetic whatsoever"

There was a strong unpleasant odor throughout the hotel, especially in the hallways. The hallway carpets were stained, worn, and felt filthy. "The restaurant in the hotel online said they closed at 10pm. I went at 9 pm and they were closed. They said it was due to being slow. If it wasn’t for this I would’ve given all 5s. We had to order a pizza and it wasn’t delivered until 10:45 pm."
