"The hotel was beautiful and in a convenient location. We stayed on the 10th floor overlooking the city on the Piazza side. The other side overlooks Sunset Blvd and I imagine would have been louder at night given the busy comedy club / night scene! Staff were friendly and accommodating. We didn’t get to use the bowling alley and as the pool closed at 7 it wasn’t used as much as we anticipated. But overall a great stay and we’d return without hesitation."

"My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Charlie. I slept better there than I have in any other location in Hollywood or Beverly Hills. "It was a beautiful room. Really nice. But... no one told me at checkin that I had to request my room to be cleaned. For such prices I would expect better. And, parking is VERY expensive per night. Like more than I paid for my car rental. Insane. So the Expedia price didn't reflect thst or the also expensive and unexpected "hotel fee" whatever that that is. Finally, I was going to order guac and chips by room service and was willing to pay $19. but I am glad I read the fine print: ...

"Petit Ermitage is a fun, funky, caberet of an "experience"- tucked into a tiny street in the middle of West Hollywood, it's a weird retreat from regular life. Covered in ivy, filled with art, discreet, hushed, quirky- if you want a getaway this is the place. The carpet was kinda gross and the mini bar extended all the way through the room. It was kind of trying to be Chateau Marmont, but I've stayed at Chateau Marmont several times and Petit Ermitage is not it. The fire beds on the roof bar were...

"The staff is amazing the renovation of the public spaces is terrific, always have the best bedding. Rooms are a little tired and I am sure as they continue to update property (pool looks great), It will continue to be a convenient place to stay with great staff and a well appointed gym. Special shout out to Jorge at front desk who always takes amazing care of his guests and doesn’t with a smile "
