"Enjoyed our stay. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Pet friendly hotel that doesn't smell like dogs! Would definitely stay here again! Restaurants and gas nearby. Has that country feel."

"Our experience wasn’t entirely negative, the staff was friendly and the place *mostly* appeared to be clean and must have been pretty recently renovated. But our room smelled bad, and the AC unit especially smelled like it had significant mildew build-up in it. It also would not keep the fan on despite changing it off of auto, which would have helped cover up the noise of the very thin walls. Our shower must not have even been examined thoroughly before our stay, as there was a used soap bar...

"The Comfort Inn is in a convenient location with a couple of restaurants nearby and less than 10 minutes from Winchester. The rooms that are on the side of the building next to the highway are loud. The floor in my room creaked as did the one above me. The breakfast was convenient but not worth choosing the hotel because of it."

"We like this hotel! Clean, quiet, and well maintained. Close to all things JMU and cute downtown Harrisonburg. Nice comfortable lobby to spend time in. Pleasant atmosphere throughout the hotel. One elevator was out of order during our stay but wasn’t a big issue for us. We found the stairs."

"This Hyatt is well appointed, rooms are clean and spacious. The bed was also super comfy. I stayed for one night so I didn’t get to try the breakfast or bar unfortunately. Only bad thing I will say is that my ID wasn’t checked at check in. A small issue but also it’s not you know? Just a security thing. The agent at the desk was really friendly otherwise (and this was no complaint on them). I would stay here again"

"All the staff members were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean. Linens were very clean including towels. However, the pillows were terribly uncomfortable. They were super hard and lumpy. The bathroom tiles on the walls need more attention to remove the mildew. Other than that, you can have a quiet night’s sleep."
