"First room, AC broken. I dealt with it for one night, but after a 12 hr. work day I was too hot and needed to relax the second night, this was around 10pm. I looked at the AC to see if maybe it was just a dusty air filter and found the unit was covered in mold. Stuff happens, so i asked to be moved and let them know that room needed some AC maintenance. "Lovely stay at the Four Seasons in Georgetown, Washington DC. The property is beautiful and the hotel service is perfect. There is a lovely spa on the property as well. My husband got a wonderful deep tissue massage. We got upgraded to a suite and it was AMAZING! Modern, clean and renovated, new and spacious. Beautiful decor. A wonderful bath, spacious living room and bedroom. The bed was super cozy. The food service is delicious too! We will be back for another stay! It was beautiful."

I felt like I was being stereotype. so we had to get another person to come in and they were wonderful. They were able to explain everything they were able to fix everything."

The rooms were clean and no smell inside, but every day I was there the toilet stopped flushing(not backed up). They sent someone quickly to refill the water tank and by the third day of not having a working toilet it just became annoying. At check out I was asked how my stay was. I mentioned the daily toilet issue and I was then asked if I wanted my receipt printed. Not even...
