"Hotel was conveniently located right off of I20 in Leeds Al. Checked In late Monday evening, staff was very helpful as I was tired. The room was extremely clean. Morning manager was friendly and proud of his staff. Breakfast was fresh and the dining area was spotless. The only complaint that I have is the mattresses on the beds could have been better. ❤️"

"For just under $480 Cdn for 1 night, we were expecting a pretty nice room, but this was far worse than almost any other hotel room we've stayed in and I'm glad there is an opportunity to add photos. We arrived quite late at night after being 'on the go' for 16 hours, pretty much fell into bed, and didn't notice much until the morning.

"the property is misleading, the pool is very small, the staff was nice but the rooms were not as clean. there was mold in the shower around the soap, shampoo and conditioner. The shower curtain liner was dirty. They initially put me in a used room. My card continued to become deactivated. I worked out in the gym but the water fountain was not working. All around i was not pleased with the cleanliness of the facility and the rooms. I will try very hard to never stay at a holiday inn again. "

"It is so sad to see how this Embassy location has gone ‘down hill’ since I lived there in Homewood Alabama. This is the place I had my Rehearsal Dinner many years ago and now won’t stay there again. The floors (every one of them) were filthy, literally and every glass door, window and glass bannister/wall were dirty/filthy.
The water/pond that the dish were in was low and the fish could hardly turn around.
