"I had some car issues so had to extend my stay indefinitely. Michael and Demi were so kind to me and Cassandra was also very nice. The people who clean the rooms were very considerate of my specific needs. The hotel was very clean and everyone had a smile and said hello. My brother lives in Gainsville and there is no other place I’d stay. "

"This is my boyfriends account but gosh I’m so picky with my cleanliness, with the aesthetics of a room and the area that surrounds the place I’ll be staying at and this place, this hotel everything was just perfect. "This property is beautiful and very large. The lake view villas were well worth the cost with a great back patio facing the lake. The rooms are well equipped and they will even deliver ice to your room! We rented a pontoon one day to explore the lake and the water was beautiful and clear! "

"The stay was amazing I had a business trip I had to attend to .. the hotel was nice and clean beds was comfortable.pillows was awesome.. the only down fall to this is they hold swim lessons on Sunday and that's when u want to swim before leaving and heading back home.. but will stay there again.. just need to trade days for swimming lessons "

"I very much enjoyed the variety of menus for the morning breakfast, the assistance offered by the front desk and ease of parking each time we returned. I truly disliked that no attempt was made to check on the needs of our room - such as toilet paper, picking up garbage, etc. the entire time of our stay."
"Stayed at Chateau Elan for a business conference, absolutely fantastic. The rooms were so nice, so spacious, great amenities. The conference area was also fantastic. But i have to say, the highlight was the food!! Bothvour evening dinner at the Cask Room and our buffet lunch were delicious, extensive options all delicious! Sadly it was a short stay so i didnt visit the spa, but it also looked so nice!! Cant waitcto visit again!!!"
