Breakfast was great. Room was spacious but lighting is not well thought out. Bathroom had no range between daylight and catacombs-black. Thus, trying to go to bathroom in middle of night illuminates entire room, or you cant find the walls... Entering room had multiple lighting options but switches were all over the place..at least two were needed to make room feel welcoming. Room was set to AC/63 upon entry. Freezing.. Maids should check rooms after checkout and set to 70 at a MINIMUM, maybe 75 to conserve energy.

We were happy w/our stay and pleasantly surprised, after reading the reviews, regarding breakfast. There were plenty of options and everything was kept filled even with the busy time we were in the dining room.

The young lady at the desk who checked us in on the evening shift 4/26/24 was the Best! Top Tier customer service! She was definitely a vibe. We’ll definitely be back.

I’m a bit surprised by the high rating of this hotel. Positives - friendly and helpful staff, late checkout was no problem, easy parking, good location, decent breakfast, fridge in room, nice looking pool,. Negatives -room and hall decor very outdated - old wall to wall carpeting and pets are allowed in the carpeted rooms as far as I know given a dog was next door, our bed was springy and sunk in the middle, the chair and sofa in our sitting room were very worse for the wear, and lastly while most guests seemed like nice people we had someone across the hall playing very loud music in the middle of the night and smoking pot the next afternoon. Interesting when I called the front desk at 5 am the music stopped immediately (no other phone rang) - made me think it could’ve been an employee crash pad for the night shift. Alternatively it could’ve been just a coincidence. After I complained about the pot they offered to switch our room. I declined and voila no more pot smoke, no more noise for the rest of our week-long stay. I wouldn’t recommend despite the very nice staff.

The room was comfortable. Bed area is a bit tight for bed access, but comfy bed. Breakfast Buffett and coffee was quite good. Great choices with healthy options.

We travel through out the world. Never seen a bathroom so dirty and filthy like this place, it was like 3 rd world bathroom not cleaned properly ( probably wont see such bathrooms in a hotel stay even in a 3rd world country). We arrived at 3:15 AM ( flight was late) for a 1 night stat and had 2 big bags. By the time we realized bathroom was filthy and dirty, we unpacked stuff from our bag and also kids were alseep in the beds. That is the reason we did not complain, We will never stay in a springhills suite by marriot.

We chose this property bc it had good pricing and convenient to many of the things we wanted to do. The room was a little small but comfortable for just the 2 of us. Everything was clean, staff was helpful, breakfast was hot and had great variety.

Perfect for our needs
The room was clean although the tub looked stained. The bed was comfortable which is super important. There were a lot of breakfast options and appreciated the oat milk. However, please consider more vegan and healthier options such as vegan yogurt and whole grain breads. The coffee was fresh and delicious! Upon entering the hotel lobby there was a very strong stale cigarette/cigar odor. The lobby needs some work to eliminate the smell.

Terrible experience at night there's no hot water, but next morning has burning water.Our room had a broken light and dirty bathtub. The engineer was docile and unresponsive, as well as the fact that they did not seem to particularly care about our situation.

The woman at the front desk on the morning shift was rude and should not be in customer service. She was NOT welcoming at all. Even when I was checking out I was the only one there and she saw me and some guy came around me and she helped him first. I said to her that I was standing there first and no one was there and she said I thought he was with you. She is a liar because no one was there when I was there. She didn’t even say she was sorry or how was your vacation. All the ladies at the breakfast staff were very nice and helpful. The elevator was not always working. Our room sink and tub were so clogged with hair that both would fill up while using them. We stood in water in the shower. I reported it to another staff member. As you walked in the lobby it smelled terrible like cigarette smoke. It was disgusting. We stayed in many hotels on this trip, many Marriotts and this is the first one that we did not like. Everyone in all the other hotels were very nice and welcoming. This ruined our time from the minute we walked into the hotel she was rude. I came early and she didn’t even say hello and welcome she said our check in is at 4 pm. Nothing else. You do not greet someone like that. We will never go back there again.
