In the morning I couldn't receive a receipt that I needed because nobody was there in the front desk. And still haven't been shared after 5 hours passed from the check out time ended. The room was not like the one originally promised to have. Dissappointing.

If you're planning on taking public transportation from the airport or around town - this location could not be better. Being connected to GCS made getting around so easy! The hotel itself is fine. Radio City Apartments
The kitchen was fully equipped. The AC worked well and kept both the living room and the bedroom cool. Staff were very helpful. Excellent customer service. Great location. Easy walk to Radio City Hall, Rockefeller Center, Times Square, the MoMa, and subway stations.
