"Really nice boutique hotel. The front entrance, lobby, and bar/lounge area are welcoming and beautiful. (The bar/lounge area is huge!) The hallways are unique and intriguing. The room itself was modern, clean, and comfortable. Each staff member we encountered was helpful and friendly. A plus was the small parking area they have which is free for guests. "The hotel itself was fine, the room was nice. The Manhattan view was a bit obstructed from the 5th floor, but I could still see the fireworks pretty well from the balcony. However, the AC did not work in my room. I was told they were at capacity for the first night and couldn’t move me to a different room. I had to ask for a fan, it wasn’t offered. They called me the next day while I was out on a tour to move me to a different room. I didn’t feel comfortable with them moving my stuff, so I had...
