"Overall, the hotel is clean and in good condition. Checks many of the boxes. Breakfast started at 7am which was inconvenient and later than more other hotels, and the “fitness room” is two low quality pieces of cardio equipment. My largest concern though is the surrounding area. I would not recommend walking around at night."

"Parking did not feel safe. I understand because of the location of the hotel though. Breakfast is good. Staff never smiles, and do not reply to greeting. They all look like they do not want to be at work. Rooms are not the cleanest. Curtains and couch full of stains. Bathroom always look nice though. I will not come back."

"When we arrived at 6:30 PM we were told that our room had not yet been cleaned and told to wait for a while. We told the front desk staff we would go eat and come back. When we returned at 8:30 PM we were told again that our room was not ready. There were at least 6 others waiting for their rooms. We left and found another hotel. "

"The air conditioner needs to be looked at because it makes a screeching sound. For an ADA room, it’s not very ADA. You need more clearance around the bed as only 1 side had the 37” clearance. Bathroom had an acrylic holding soaps balanced between the 2 grab bars. It’s strange that the entrance is in the basement and someone else has to go down to then ask the staff to call the elevator so you can get down. We made it work but it could be better, especially for the price. "

"The staff was courteous and helpful. Reminder signs were in the common areas and room to let you know to call or ask for assistance of any kind at no extra cost which was helpful for me to organize my ride to the airport when I was leaving early in the morning."

"Shouldn’t be a first choice, but seemed safe and the room was pretty clean."

"The only plus to my stay was that I was able to find somewhere better close by. This shouldn't have advertised as a hotel. NONE of the amenities existed and I waited for over an hour to check in having gotten there at 10pm. No response from the bell and the phone didn't ring when I called. I was about to leave when someone showed up. They refused to provide a refund for the nights I wasn't there and was unresponsive when Expedia reached out."

"Room wasn't in best condition. A lot of marks etc on the walls. Air/Heating unit was very dirty. For a cheap stay the room was good, but better to spend a bit extra. Cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful."
