"I wish the breakfast time was until 10 am all Seven days. The liquid soap bottles were empty and didn’t get filled up when room was cleaned. The safe box was not in the room. When we asked about the safe box, they asked to leave the valuables at the front desk. "

"I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn Deerfield Beach, and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room was in an unacceptable condition—there were roaches and giant water bugs all over the room, the towels provided were visibly moldy, there were sharp staples outside my room that housekeeping never cleaned since the day I got there, and the icing on the cake was that I woke up with Bedbug bites on my legs. "We asked for a cart for our luggage. We had to leave a drivers license to get it. We were never asked if we needed help with luggage but we got the cart. I understand that they wanted the cart back for use by other guests but the process makes you feel like they didn’t trust you. "

"on the whole the Hotel is lovely the breakfast isn't the best don't go for the pancakes they are not fresh. the bagels looked ok but i went for breakfast off site there is not bar but Houston's next door was fantastic the room was lovely and the bed huge the pool area and Gym was nice and everywhere is kept clean and tidy all in all i would book this hotel again "

"Staff were all friendly and enthusiastically helpful. Rooms and beds were comfortable. Our room had a kitchen with table. Nice pool in front of all rooms. Beautiful ocean beach and great boardwalk for walking only 2 minutes away by foot. This is our second stay and we will go back again."

"Good location mix with residential and hotels / Condos. Pool area appeared well maintained outside your door and could be conjested during Peak hours? Smoking policy by the Pool was allowed (??) or not discouraged which was not a plus. Parking was very limited to return to find a space. Rooms were good and clean but dated furniture. Limited or no sidewalks in the immediate neighborhood and little to no after dark lighting. Appears a safe area. More for young families with children location?...

"We received a text upon checking in asking how our room was. I responded, saying it was dusty and musty smelling. We had zero follow-up and our room was not cleaned at all. We arrived back day two with zero fresh towels and an unmaid bed. The gym was sparce and hot. The buffet lacked basics like yogourt and bananas."
