"I extended my stay at this property because it was so convenient and comfortable. It had everything I needed. Spacious, clean room, in the center of the town, equipped small kitchen and free laundry facility. The check-in was very easy, good remote customer service. "I was at Haven, formerly Hotel Schmidt-Monique in Bochum for 8-days. I arrived 25-minutes before the “official” check-in time and was told I could check-in early for €20. Needless to say I waited the 25 minutes. The new owners are focussing on the hotel so the restaurant that was originally part of the hotel complex is currently closed. "Very clean, comfortable beds, friendly and helpful proprietor"

"Conveniently centrally located in Bochum, near Hauptbahnhof. I had a studio (together with my dog) on the top floor, which was great. In room anemities are basically some paper cups, but at reception the hotel has some guest facilities like a microwave/oven/bar/drinks facilities. Very friendly staff. Parking is cheaper when looking across the street. Beds were good. I'd come back here!"
