"The hotel was beautiful and very unique. Our room was lovely, and the pool area was peaceful and relaxing. However, for the price we paid, I expected a higher level of cleanliness and maintenance. When we checked in, the terrace was full of dirt, and unfortunately, it was not cleaned by housekeeping the following day. We also had issues with the hot water. "My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. Total relaxation with great service & amazing food. The route had us worried a bit bcuz it over a hill you couldn’t see from the freeway but it was a different world upon arrival. We ordered tostadas de ceviche & it was 🔥. Rooms are clean, very private & secluded. Staff is always ready to cater to you."

"All was good except the balcony was dirty could not go out and take the sunset or sunup, shower had mold, toilet was not working correctly, no maintenance, we left room when we came back room was never cleaned. we had to go downstairs to get clean towels."
