"I was locked out of my apartment at 12, electronic key failed and nobody to help until morning, checked into a hotel nearby and paid for the night. Had an apology in the morning for the inconvenience but was not offered any compensation for a terrible night. Electronic doors fail and no back up, beware coming back after 11 , you get no help if you have a problem. I paid at the nearby hotel where I had to stay until morning. And was not offered any compensation for that or my distressful night."

"Parking was a little bit of an issue but it was dealt with perfectly with the front desk (blonde hair woman). Parking is 19€/24hr as mentioned by the staff upon check in and after verifying my reservation with Expedia everything was fine then we did had to go out for about 3 hours and realized the parking counter is not stopping whatsoever at 2,50€ ? An hour!!! We stayed 3 nights went out to the 8th March for about 3 hours paid 34€ then return got out again the next morning got charged another...

"The guestrooms provided in this magnificent family home are truly unique and beautifully appointed. A very luxurious stay. The hosts are extremely polite and accommodating, kindly providing us with an umbrella when we had to head out in the rain. A very extensive list of suggestions for activities and restaurants is provided to guests. We were particularly grateful for the effective room heating provided, as we have been freezing in Spain this January!"
