"Special thanks to Osman at reception who was very helpful and friendly (as were most of the staff). Good value considering the price, but some sunloungers were in desperate need of repair and very few lights were working outdoors at night ( quite dangerous in places). Poolside drinks were served in the flimsiest plastic cups (cardboard would be better for environment, and stronger). I noticed a few staff on their phones which isn't very professional. "If you like all inclusive, family friendly, great location right on the beach and huge pool etc this place is for you. However, the beds are as hard as planks, and the music goes on until 11.30pm. If you book get a room away from the paradiso cafe, so you can have sleep. We personally didn’t eat there, food was avarsge. "
