"The facility was unusual. It was a bit obscure to find as there were no large signs as we are used to here in the states so we almost missed it. I found it a bit unusual to have to take the elevator to the second floor to check in. The check in area was small and pretty crowded when we got there. The staff was amazing. So friendly and smiling all the time. I can't say enough about how great they all were! The breakfast was great! Very crowded but that is a great thing to see the hotel...

"Rooms were clean, and adequate for 2 people and 2 medium suitcases.
Beds were comfy but the air conditioning was difficult to find a comfortable setting. Sometimes it worked and others it didn't.
Shower is very small and ours had an issue where water leaked out from under the door where we had to place towels to absorb the water and prevent a slippage accident.
Definitely recommend getting the breakfast package. You can order from the menu and the buffet bar.

"Everything was fabulous, right from checking in.
Arrived early, and they cleaned room so I could settle in.
Bed was comfortable, room sparking clean, corner room with lots of windows, so very bright. Not only coffee and tea in the room, but also hot chocolate and cookies! Large room with separate area for bed from desk.
Front desk staff was exceptional; friendly and helpful.
Area is close to groceries and easy cycling to Dordrecht. Safe place to park bike overnight.

"Hebergement original, qui permet de se reposer et d'apprendre des informations interessantes sur la vie passee de ce navire de croisiere. De profiter d'une belle vue sur la ville et le canal.
les services de restauration sont d une qualite inegale.
Le menu du lunch et diner etaient bons, en revancher le petit dejeuner devrait etre revu sur la qualite des ingredients.
