"Everything was out of date. It actually smelled old in the room like unclean. The first room we we given it smelled old and the closet had an big open hole in it and the door was off the hinges laying on the ground"

"we absolutely, loved our stay at orbit, it was clean and all of the staff members were very friendly and helpful, especially the women working the front desk they were incredible, politely helping us numerous times get things we needed and the entire property was well cleaned and maintained all day, even the pool was sparkly clean and the heated water and jacuzzi was definitely a plus, we definitely will be staying there again next time we go to Orlando"

"I was pleasantly surprised with the size of the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom accommodations. Perfect for my party of 3. The place was clean and had enough amenities for our 5 day stay. Check in was super easy and I was again surprised when our room was ready at noon when we arrived. They do offer a "timeshare" presentation if you are interested, so be prepared for that when you get your parking pass. We used the pool while we were there which was clean for the most part but some napkins did make its way...

"Já é a segunda vez que me hospedo neste hotel. A localização é ótima. A maioria dos funcionários se esforçam para nos entender. A minha única reclamação é que temos que deixar o passaporte nas mãos dos funcionários para que nos deixe usar os tacos de sinuca. Passaporte com visto americano é um documento muito importante e sério para ficar “dando sopa” na mão de funcionários."

"Hotel is in a great location, and the housekeeping staff was always pleasant. The front desk employee who checked us in was friendly as well. I also liked the modern vending machines, ice available on every floor, and the gift shop inside the hotel. Unfortunately, the overall condition of the property was disappointing. There were a lot of shady and loud people hanging around outside at night — loud enough to hear clearly from the 3rd floor with the windows closed. The hotel really needs better...

"The lobby was clean, bright, cheerful. The staff very polite, and welcoming. The facility was well kept. Our room was bright, clean, neat, comfortable and inviting. The furniture was clean and in good condition. We felt very comfortable."

When we arrived for check in, the only person available was entering some data from papers that she had on the counter. She told me to wait for her to finish, I waited until she finished two of the sheets. Then I told her that we were tired from a trip day, that we wanted to get to our room.
