"The room was clean and smelled great. Initially I was very pleased with this property until toward the end of our week long stay. A shopping bag full of souvenirs from our trip came up missing and when I called to speak to the hotel manager I was told they weren’t available. I explained that I am 100% positive it was removed by housekeeping and was told someone would call me back. It has been days and I still have not received a phone call from the manager. So I will now be contacting someone...

"Buena ubicación a los parques Disney, el transporte de ida y vuelta es una gran ventaja, el desayuno en general esta bien teniendo en cuenta el precio del lugar, para los parques de universal esta mas lejos y ahí no se tiene transporte. Cuando llegas en autobús la estación se encuentra cerca del hotel lo cual es algo bueno, la habitación es sencilla pero en general esta bien, el chofer del transporte y personal en el hotel en general son buenas personas, al realizar check in piden 30 dólares...

"Es un hotel sucio, la ropa de cama estaba sucia y hedionda a sudor, hasta pelos de persona habían, el baño sucio también, en general todo sucio, la recepcionista odiosa y toda enojona que ni siquiera le mira la cara al cliente, no lo recomiendo en lo absoluto. "

The pool was great—perfect size for families with plenty of chairs available. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The pool area was well-maintained and a great place to unwind. Breakfast was also a highlight—fresh, tasty, and with a good variety of options. Overall, a wonderful experience and we would definitely stay here again! "

"Hello your suite is very comfortable very spacious and we had 2 balconies. The shuttle to and from th parks with different times were very unexpected and world out for our family. The shower in one room handle was a bit broken when we arrived and the couch bed was not clean very well either."

"Everything was great with the exception of wait staff for breakfast ! They completely ignore you unless you want the buffet .. very rude every time we tried to eat there . Otherwise the staff is great . Just don’t eat breakfast there !"
