"This visit was not as good as my prior stay. Room was stuffy with poor internet connection on the tv. Staff made customers wait to be seated for breakfast even though it was half empty. Took a long time to get my check in the bar. Only 2 people checking in guests on a busy Saturday so there was quite a line. Breakfast food was great and bar drinks were great."

"Waited 10 minutes to check in at 12 midnight exhausted because desk clerk was arguing about package fees with another guest. Room needed painting and walls very thin. Nice view of overflowing dumpster. Paid resort fee for pool and gym that had 4 sad pieces of equipment that looked like someone dragged in from their uncle Bob’s basement. Also, one elevator down almost all 5 days of our stay. Cheap hotel and we got what we paid for cheap and rundown."

"Nice hotel for the price. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and staff were good. My only complaint is there are no in-room safes and no daily housekeeping. I don’t necessarily need my room cleaned every day but I would like fresh towels daily. Having said that, housekeeping is provided on request but I felt like a bother to request it daily. One of the perks of being on vacation is having my room clean and bed made when I come back from a busy day. If I wanted to make my own bed I would...

"I was staying at this motel for a wedding. 2hrs before leaving for the ceremony, I decided to freshen up with a shower. Upon entering the shower, I slipped. There is NO tread in the shower and it’s extremely dangerous. One leg slammed against the tub, and my head slammed on the slope of the tub itself. I thought I cracked my head open. I did not.
