"Las camas son comodas pero la blanket que tienen sobre la cama esta rasposa... tambien las toallas para maquillaje estan en mal estado. Y habia 1 cucaracho en la recamara. El desayuno no fue de mi agrado, pero tienen cereal, cafè, pan tostado, para mi eso es suficiente para empezar mi dia. Està en buena zona muy cerca de disney, tiene transporte a los parques y es economico."

"The room I stayed in was nice; however, I paid for three rooms in total for my adult kids (a larger one bedroom and two standard) and the larger one I stayed in overlooked the carpark the standard had views over the lake. Quite frankly, the standard rooms were so much better and I'd say the larger one not worth the extra money. Furthermore, the bigger, larger one bedroom had no fittings for the bar area - no microwave, no utensils, no glasses, nothing - so I question why even having it in the...

"The property was great. My only complaint is that after a certain time the stores on the property close. I woke at 3 in the morning with a migraine. I go down stairs and ask the front desk if there was anywhere that I can get something to drink and something for a headache because I was in serious pain. She said no and that the store wouldn’t be open until 7 in the morning and went back to doing what she was doing. No empathy or anything. I had to wait 4 hours in pain until the store...

"The door to my hotel room was too small for the door frame so there was a large gap at the bottom and the door was not installed properly so you weren’t able to lock the deadbolt.The curtains in the window that overlooked the bed and the entire room did not stay closed. Maintenance answer to that was paper clips to hold the curtain closed and they rolled up towel at the door. There was no door on the bathroom just rusty hinges and the bathtub was missing a piece of the molding so dried glue was...
