"Bed bugs in the bed. On check out day, the cleaning staff knocked, rang the bell and then kept knocking even though it was only 10:00 and check out was 11:00. "

"Room was clean enough and in reasonably good shape. Housekeeping missed our 3rd day of our stay for changing linens and vacuuming. Pool area is nice, but could have been cleaner. Hallway on 3rd floor had same dirt / toenails on the floor for 4 days, and wasn’t vacuumed once, which is concerning. Location is great, with restaurants and bars conveniently within walking distance, including Fun Spot on Pirates Cove Mini Gold."

"I was staying at this motel for a wedding. 2hrs before leaving for the ceremony, I decided to freshen up with a shower. Upon entering the shower, I slipped.
