"We loved this hotel! Rooms were beautiful and loved the floor to ceiling windows and views of Epcot! Staff were excellent and the location can’t be beat as we walked to Epcot and then came back to swim and relax before going back. You could also take a boat but walking was probably 10-15 mins and lots to see along the way. We would definitely come back and stay here again and recommend it to everyone!"

"Property is a strange hybrid of a VRBO and hotel, no daily cleaning service and early check out time. Overall plenty of space at reasonable cost, clean but some wear and tear. We has some maintenance issues at home; House was at 58 degrees when we arrived and A/C was still running. We turned to OFF, and then tried to get heat to kick on, but it never would. "Breakfast was not complimentary, but was a good price for what was offered. My boys wouldn't have enjoyed it, but my daughter and I would have. The hotels location isn't the greatest, it is a bit sketchy, but literally a 2 minute (if that) drive to the Disney World entrance. There was a man trying to manipulate me to a free breakfast to listen to their schpiel about time shares, he apparently also runs the tacky tourist gift shop next door and runs the scam over there too, promising $200 and...

"Great property, beautiful architecture and lots of outdoor spaces to spend our time in. The staff there were exceptional! Always willing to help and take care of things for us and very friendly. There did seem to be a large number of dead trees/palms outside which did detract from some of the outdoor beauty, but there may be some explanation for that, but we didn’t ask."
