"We loved our stay at the Waldorf Astoria. Property is beautiful in and out. We loved the location. It was quiet and very safe. The Shuttle service to the different parks (Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Epcot and Hollywood Studios) and Disney Springs was very useful and drivers were super nice. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay there again."

"This is a very good choice for business travelers and families. Clean, Comfortable room. Walking distance to restaurants like Golden Corral, Marco's Pizza, IHOP, etc.. Free parking. Parking lot is rather tight. But, I had no problem finding a space. Well managed property."

"Be aware that they charge you $30 per day to park your car. Our room was ready, however they charged $40 to be able to get into room 2 hours early. We usually stay at Hiltons and Marriott hotels and have never been charged if the room was ready. Other than that the hotel was great. It was an easy walk to Disney Springs. We could see the fireworks from our room which was a fun surprise."

"This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room had extremely poor lighting, making it feel dark, outdated and uncomfortable at all times. On top of that, the entire property felt very unhygienic. The hallways, common areas and even the room itself did not appear to be properly cleaned or maintained. There was a constant unpleasant odor throughout the property, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. The laundry room was especially disappointing - the machines...
