"Overall a very beautiful hotel. Room’s were nice at the surface, but our toilet wasn’t working properly. Then, maintenance left all their tools in the room after they’d finished fixing it and when we tried notifying a staff member that was in the hallway, he just told us he wasn’t part of that crew so he couldn’t help. Had higher expectations. Have had a better experience at Swan and Dolphin."

"Luxury feel on a budget. Loved the hardwood floors in our room and the bathroom was clean with a modern feel. Location was great as well. We had a wonderful experience and we highly recommend."

"We’ve always enjoyed staying at a Wyndham hotel. The room was very nice, the beds were very comfortable and the staff was very friend. We especially commend the valet staff as they were always cheerful and quick to help us load up, unload and have the car available. Our disappointment was the cost of the food. We went to the seafood restaurant and while the food was good I wouldn’t say it was great which was disappointing for $120. We tried the 152 club and it was just OK. Again almost $100...

"Amazing Disney resort. High-end with great decor. Loved free shuttle to Disney Parks and close enough to walk to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. Only downside … Although I’m a Bonvoy Silver member, wifi should have been free. However, since I didn’t book direct through Marriott, I couldn’t access free wifi. Refused to pay for wifi out of principle as a Bonvoy member."

"What I didn’t like is that my grandson‘s favorite pillow was left in the room by accident. The same evening I called and someone went into the room to check and said it wasn’t there. I called again in the morning the room still not cleaned by housekeeping, and still claiming they never found the pillow. 💔"

"Rooms wasn’t bad. Only issues were bathroom doo handle wasn’t working very well and outlets on the desk to charge my phone didn’t work. Not a fan of the $30 parking fee along with $36 resort fee charge as well so keep that in mind because Expedia didn’t show that or at least maybe I missed it"
