"I was a little disappointed, the rug going into the West end of the building had the same garbage / dirt on the floor from the day we arrived to the day we left. The pillows were hard as a rock and the door leading oit to the balcony , not the slider the second balcony was all chipped and they had no locks it was a very little swing type of lock that anyone could just kick in. I m sure a new door doesnt cost thousands of dollars. Attentiom to detail is very important in a place like this. My very last thing I need to say is my box of tissues has 3 tissue studfed on top of the box to look lile a flower and when I pulled them out there was no tissues inside. On the good side the staff was outstanding and the restaurants were great!!!"

"This location advertises heated pool and lazy river from 78-89 degrees year round. The heat pumps were broke the water temp was 68 and then 70. The only reason we came to this resort was for the lazy river and pool. There is nothing else to there other than golf. It was the worst anniversary ever and this should have been disclosed upon booking. They offerred us to remove the resort fees and add 50000 ( which is a joke) to our account in which neither happened . This resort always has an issue either the hot tubs do not work or there is some type of issue with the water amenities. They are greeedy and NOT upfront . They do not hold their end of the deal up . "
