"Disappointed by the cold hot tub. We picked this hotel because the rooftop hot tub which we couldn’t use. Beautiful view of the river from the patio. First night our shower didn’t work when turning on the hot water, couldn’t get a different room until the next day. Inconvenient to not be able to shower and having to take time to repack to switch rooms. "

"Beautiful location in the historic district right across from a square. Wine, cheese, and live piano music in the formal lobby from 4:30-6:30. Also warm baked cookies later. Friendly staff. Valet parking. Only a few blocks from the Savannah River. "

"Roof top bar is fun . 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸 staff was extremely polite and well mannered, especially during the all inclusive breakfast. We’d like to thank spring, that’s her name ,, for her wonderful service. We had the King suite on the eighth floor and it was a great room kitchen, living room,bedroom ,bathroom."

"Fire alarm went off late at night causing hotel to evacuate. I understand that safety is the number one concern, however not a single employee extended an apology for the inconvenience. Being that i was in the shower I had to scramble to put something on and go stand in the cold while being wet. "
