"Check in was smooth and easy- they got us in early, which was great. Heads up they do hold $150 for about 5-10 days as a security deposit. Rooms were simple and clean. Had a nice stay!"

"If you're going to Cleveland clinic they have shuttles to take you there in the morning and to the public and the mall. That's s big plus. Staff friendly and helpful.y 3 rd time there would return for hospital visit because location is so close."

"It’s old, but it was in good shape for its age. The bathroom ceiling had black mold that was clearly painted over. So that was a little gross. But in general, it was clean enough and good value."

"Staff at front desk was helpful and very friendly to deal with. The room smelt musky and one pillow smelt different to the other pillow beneath it. Meaning I am most certain the pillow cases were not changed prior to giving me the room. I usually stay in the one at pembrook pines. The rooms and facility is always well kept there at the pembrook pines location."
