"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here - the building itself is beautiful, immaculate gardens with lots of seating areas. Our room was spotless with wonderful views of the castle. Breakfast was varied and delicious- all the staff were fantastic- so friendly & helpful with any questions. The town of Arco is stunning with mountains, rock faces and beautiful river running through - a wonderful town to visit "

"Das WLAN funktioniert zwar, setzt jedoch ständig aus und ist nur außerhalb des Mobilhomes an der Ecke halbwegs nutzbar. Rückfragen dazu an der Rezeption wurden abgewiesen, es würde funktionieren. Bei der Beschreibung der Unterkunft war nicht klar definiert, ob Handtücher enthalten sind. Es waren keine inklusive. "Hotel was in a great location on a street that isn’t too busy but also steps away from all the restaurants, shops and ferry dock. The hotel was extremely clean and new features. Then AC and rain shower made the stay very comfortable. The staff were incredibly helpful with recommending places to eat and things or do. The breakfast provided by the hotel was really delicious and many options! I’d recommend this hotel for a couple or single person visiting Bardolino!"

"Friendly welcome and everything explained in detail. Shown to room and offered help with baggage. Explained how everything works in the room. Allocated parking space, which is the same number as room number. Bottle of wine on arrival, was a lovely touch. Room was fresh and clean. Lots of storage in the bedroom, and lovely shower. "Tolle neue Anlage!! Die Wohnung war wie auf den Bildern. Sehr schön eingerichtet und super sauber! Die Klimaanlage funktionierte tadellos und ist besonders in den heißen Monaten ein großer Vorteil. Zur Wohnung gehört ein großer Balkon mit Blick auf den Pool. Wir haben diesen täglich genutzt. Der Tiefgaragenstellplatz ist eine weitere Annehmlichkeit!
