"All the staff were wonderful. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic. My husband and I were really enjoyed it. I really appreciate all the staff."

"A front desk spent a while helping me to identify lost and found website. Though it turned out we did not find that. Thanks for her hospitality."

"good"

"Room was very clean with washing machine/dryer. Staff was very friendly and accommodated us even after we checked out while we waited for our ride. There was a kitchenet in the room, but we did not use it. No time to cook and we didn't want a smelly room. Great hotel to use as your base camp to explore Seoul."
