"Good location - easy walk to the loch and a restaurant next door.
Room felt a bit dated and shabby - there were no luggage racks, the window wouldn’t open, the main light didn’t work.
Staff were efficient and friendly.
Fine for one night.
Note: you need to put your room key in a wall slot to get electricity in the room."

The breakfast was great as usual and most staff is friendly.
Wifi is terrible and non-accessible or very slow at best"

Our bags were immediately taken to our room in the tower, reservations for dinners, suggestions for hikes and exploring and help with arrangements for our departure in a couple days. Breakfasts were phenomenal and top notch. Breakfast was delivered to our room on the day of departure at 4:30am and our bags taken back down to our rental car. The spa experience was exceptional. The pool, sauna and steam room were...
