"Great location, everything was great except 1 thing. We paid for a bay view with balcony. Turns out my room had a partial bay view. It should not be advertised as a bay view when literally I had a partial bay view with left side partial bay view and the right side was the roof top of a building. I did call to let them know I wasn't happy and was credited $80 at least it covered the breakfast with was $90. Besides false advertisement everything else was good."

"The ONLY reason we selected this hotel, my wife had an early, 6:30 am flight from San Diego to Missouri. The hotel web site said free shuttle service to the airport. When my wife checked in, the front desk said they haven't had the airport shuttle for several years???? Why didn't they update the website? She had to take a taxi. Not good."
