"Honestly I was expecting much, much worse based on the reviews I had seen of this hotel so I was pleasantly surprised by most of the staff and the quality of the room. We were given our daily coffee vouchers, we had the same woman every morning and she was absolutely wonderful but I did not catch her name. We did have a cat with us, which I was a little worried about as the hotel policy says "pets" but when I called to confirm our details I was told "dogs" and that the dog could not be left in...

"Everything was pretty good the beds where comfortable the pillows were ok. We didn't use the pool but we did love the hot tub. The exercise room could be a little bigger and have more exercise equipment. Didn't think the morning breakfast was worth the $22.00 fir the buffet. It only had scrambled eggs bacon sausage and cereal and toast and the rest of the menu was very high price. The bar was nice we found that eating there in the evening was better than finding something else great fish tacos...

Staff did not replenish things in a timely manner and took their time to replenish despite waiting and asking for 15 mins. There was no fruit and not many options for food. "Although the stay was okay the hassle my family had to go through to get out rooms was unacceptable. We called at noon to check in early and was told no so we showed up on time and still our room wasn't ready. And instead of being more sensitive to the situation they had attitude. And on top of all the added charges like wasger and dryer they charge fir parking even if we aer staying in there hotel. Is that even legal? Hopefully they actually fix these issues."

"A wild and funky place to stay. 4 stars because our sheets on the first night we got to the room were dirty but housekeeping brought fresh ones, but didn’t really seem apologetic. Also the valet parking gets extremely backed up and had long wait times to get cars. Otherwise the amenities were great and the staff was friendly."
