"The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. Staff was really friendly. Very clean. Had a really great time. But the restaurant was a disappointment, our waitress was rude. The food wasn’t fresh or tasty. That in itself was a total letdown and reflected onto the entire stay. Wish we hadn’t attempted to eat there. When I tried to give feedback, it wasn’t received well."

"We were very happy with our stay! The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was delicious, and most importantly, everything was very clean. The bed and pillows were super comfortable, the linens were fresh, and the bathroom was spotless. We were traveling with a small child, so having clean carpet in the room was especially important to us. We’ve stayed in Naples many times, and this was definitely one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at. We were pleasantly surprised and will definitely come back again. Thank you so much! ❤️"
