Room and hotel were lovely but coffee tray, which I use daily, was not refilled fully. For some reason the front desk gentlemen could not give out more than 2 creamer packets at a time, including claiming that they couldn't find any (?) Perhaps better coordination with housekeeping supply staff might ...

The breakfast here was one of the best I’ve ever had in a hotel. Very good value, with an amazing variety and all was very good quality.

Garner Hotel Cologne East by IHG
Room was basic and not clean. We were told WiFi was available, it wasn’t. We booked and paid extra for a business room, we were given a standard room and refund was refused by the hotel. Not a bad location for getting to cologne city centre.
