"The staff was excellent and the room was clean. You had to step into the shower to close the bathroom door. The toilet was 14 inches off of the ground. The beds were very uncomfortable. We had to fold all of the blankets into pads to have a little cushion. It was a trip for a funeral, so was glad it was for only one night."

"We arrived at 3 for check in and no one was there and office was locked. There was a ring door bell so I rang it and she said she’d be there at 4 to check us in. We waited and at 4 there was still no one. I called the number but mailbox is full. The cleaning person told me she was at the sister hotel so we started to head that way but then saw her pull in at 4:10. We get checked in and about an hour later realize our fridge isn’t working. I go back down and she’s out walking the dog so I sit...
