"Staff is fabulous!!! Gentlemen working the front (from Portugal) is a gem! He's very knowledgeable of the area & had terrific ideas for us from shopping to local events. His suggestions were spot on as to where I could find food for my dietary needs due to severe food allergies. Very clean room. Bed was comfortable. Hotel was clean. Pool and hot tub were also clean. The hotel grounds were well maintained. Hotel felt safe. Breakfast was nice & hot. Excellent bar with lots of choices....

"We had several room changes because of the poor facilities. The first room we had smelt like stinky feet and sock, so we asked for a room change. The second room had their ac broken, the cold air coming out was minimum to none, we tried to explain it to her how the ac is broken but the service staff put on an attitude towards us; “It is what it is” she responded, and she could barely understand what I’m saying to her, it seems like she doesn’t know English very well and showed no concern at all....
