"I rarely leave reviews unless an experience is exceptionally good or bad. Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I’ve had in a long time. Our room was outdated, the carpet looked unclean, and the bathroom was the smallest I’ve ever seen. The worst part was a pungent, burnt-food odor that filled the room from 10 PM onwards, clearly drifting in from elsewhere. It lingered all night. Additionally, the soundproofing was terrible—we heard every footstep from upstairs....

"We had a great stay. Staff is super helpful. Breakfast was good. I figure any little things brought up in other reviews are just items that come up at older places and the motel is greatful to be notified so they can address them, and they do. This motel has been upgraded in various ways due to Wyndham requirements. We had a great big room and it was just right. Some units even have cozy recliners, like ours did. Many motels these days have removed mini fridges and microwaves, which we find...

"We enjoy our stay here every time we drop a child off for college in Rexburg. It's close enough to do all we need to do to help our college students, far enough away the rates aren't quite as high during typical dropoff and pickup times for BYUI. The rooms are clean and well maintained, the beds are comfortable, easy to enter and exit the parking lot, and a reasonable price"

"The place is very cozy and the staff is friendly, the room is stayed in needs some work however. There was little to no water pressure, so the shower barely worked. The door lock was acting up and took forever just to get into the room."

We waited and at 4 there was still no one. I called the number but mailbox is full. The cleaning person told me she was at the sister hotel so we started to head that way but then saw her pull in at 4:10. We get checked in and about an hour later realize our fridge isn’t working.
