It’s dirty (dust everywhere), shower doesn’t work properly (it trickles), key cards don’t work, sheets are paper thin and torn, bed is extremely uncomfortable and blankets are a joke. Woke up this morning realizing the comforter was severely stained (and I had been snuggled up to it all night) with a brow large stain. This was also found on the boxspring mattress. "Beautiful room! Friendly staff. Lovely view of the city from our room. Google cast was on the tv so we could watch what we wanted. The bed was comfortable, and there was no sound from our other hotel guests on either side so we felt very peaceful. The shower was wonderful, with a regular head as well as a rainfall head, and there was some lovely scented shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the showers. "Staff was very nice. Definitely not your typical chain property. Ex: front desk staff was doing laundry when I checked in. Fridge had leftover food and garbages were not emptied. Property is convenient and clean. Rooms have kitchenette but you have to ask for dishes and pots and pans. Not even a spoon in the drawer lol. Shower was clean. Felt safe. Close to airport and Applebees. "

"The Hampton Inn and Suites Boise-Downtown hotel was excellent. We enjoyed our stay. The staff that we interacted with were all extremely nice, pleasant, and helpful. The hotel checked on us via text message throughout our stay which was a nice touch. The breakfast was great and just enough variety for such a hotel.
