"Rom was spacious and clean, very central location, close to amenities , station, shopping, restaurants etc. minibar with water, beer and soft drinks were an added bonus. overall a great pick for girls trip. Sauna and Gym were clean and well maintained. "

"My experience at this hotel in Amsterdam was horrible. Unfortunately, it was too late to change hotels when l realized how bad it was. The hotel was very dirty and poorly maintained. There are five flights of extremely steep and narrow stairs, which are very dangerous for both elderly people and children. It honestly felt unsafe — someone could easily fall, end up in the hospital, or worse. Some of the staff members were also rude and unhelpful. The bed linens were not changed daily, and when they finally changed them on the third day, they were still dirty. I were given only one towel for everything we needed. There was not even tissue paper provided in the room. The entire place felt very old, neglected, and uncomfortable. My rating would be zero — or even negative if that were possible."

"Every thing was good except the house keeping, the body wash bottle was empty, I just realized that when I went into the shower, when I asked to fill the body wash bottle it didn’t happen the next day because the house keeping staff does not understand English, I had to physically show them what to want so they understand and making the bed was horribly, I had to redo it my self."

"The Pulitzer hotel is comprised of 25 original houses that were joined to make one elegant hotel in the center of town. Our suite overlooked the canal behind the hotel and there were many changing things to see. Boats passing, parakeets in the trees, people. Whoever the architect was managed to preserve many of the original features including the many small gardens. You are bound to enjoy staying here."
