"The room heat was broken and the bath faucet leaked heavily. A ceiling tile collapsed in the fitness room. I was not injured. The pool was not in service.
The staff were so pleasant, I didn't care about the rest. Gary, Ray, Lee Ann and one other person were all just as pleasant as they could be."

"The breakfast menu was always fresh, it just needs to have more options available. The parking was easy accessible and we felt safe parking.
