"The outside of the property looks beautiful...then you get inside your room and it is a dump. My first room faced the freeway. The room stunk and was very dirty. It seemed like the people in the rooms next to me lived there and it sounded like the people on the 2nd floor were going to crash through the ceiling because the floor was so thin and creaked. "Very rude staff, which acted as if it was an inconvenience to assist us with our most basic request. We were first given the wrong room then switched to a room where the air/heater did not work during 50 degree wheather. The tv was not working during our stay with the addition of the beds being really loud and terribly hard would not recommend this hotel."

"Upon arrival there was no hot water and when I checked out there still was no hot water, workers starred instead of helping. A lot of different homeless people wondering property late at night. Room wasn’t perfect air conditioner made excessive noise. It was clean enough no roaches or bed bugs."
