It was the worst night ever, had people banging on next door at 1am, then had L.A.P.D. at their door minutes later, 8 cop cars for another incident on 3rd floor. "Rooms needed upgrade. Not full renovation but the basics. Beds were outdated. AC wasn’t fully working. The toilets had cracks and dirty from over the years. Was not safe at all. Homeless live in front. They stare at you when you go inside your room. We got woken up at 3 am due to fighting upstairs and when we looked outside, people were fighting and playing loud music! "The lady who checked me in was absolutely amazing! The room was okay. Shower head pressure was terrible, and the toilet had a crack water kept coming out through out my stay. Rooms need to be updated and repairs need to be done immediately. No Apple Pay was pretty inconvenient."
