"Breakfast was great! Hot food, lots of options "

"Rooms needed upgrade. Not full renovation but the basics. Beds were outdated. AC wasn’t fully working. The toilets had cracks and dirty from over the years. Was not safe at all. Homeless live in front. They stare at you when you go inside your room. We got woken up at 3 am due to fighting upstairs and when we looked outside, people were fighting and playing loud music! And the property owner lives there also!! We stayed 3 nights and didn’t get any replacement towels. We had to almost beg for 4...

"Overall great place to stay"

"This was a great place to stay with games, snacks and the XYZ lounge in the lobby. The staff was so helpful and so alarmed when we reported a few sugar ants in our bathroom sink on day 2. They immediately sent maintenance up to spray and offered to move us to another room which we declined. We were happy with our room and the ants never came back. The only thing missing was a complimentary breakfast buffet."

"Front desk staff was lovely, but the property itself needs work. Our room had a musty, stale smell, the toilet was broken (though fixed promptly when I asked), and the bedside table had something sticky on it.Gym had no working water cooler or cups. This property has seen better days… Given the many hotels near the airport, I would choose a different spot."

"I needed a ride to the airport and instead of using uber i used their shuttle service "GOAT". It was complimentary and really appreciated that. Hotel was excellent."

"The smoke alarm started going off at 4am. Mold in the shower. Ac leaking water. It was not the greatest experience. "

"The kitchenette came stocked with everything you need to cook a simple meal: plates, utensils, pot/pan, cooking spoon/dishwasher...the bed was not very comfortable and pillows were very mediocre. The staff was helpful and allowed us to check in a bit earlier as our flight arrived sooner. The exercise room was neat and organized, but had no water dispenser. The bathrooms were clean."

"The hotel is ok notably the bathroom-showers which have been improved. The restaurant is however quite disappointing. Don’t trust the nice pictures in the lift showing dishes theoretically served in the Orchid restaurant ! Hopefully there is an Inn and Out Burger nextdoor…"
