"The shower was dirty with hair, dirt and grime. The floor was unleveled where the carpet met the laminate floor. Very easy to stub toe. Fridge still smelled like the previous persons food. Walls were not sound proof, could hear almost everything from neighbors. The beds were nice and not squeaky."

"When you walk into the hotel it is clean, my issue was when we checked into our room we found two small cockroaches! On top of that the pool and spa was down in the middle of summer, I booked there primarily because they offered these amenities. Breakfast was offered, it is small and is first come first serve. They run out of food very quickly and take a while to restock. I stayed 2 nights and will not be returning or recommending to absolutely anyone."

"Breakfast should be included but was not (nothing included to eat or drink). Room clean but no amenities. Internet poor (cutting out a lot). No smart TV so nothing to watch. Did not attend the bar. All in all the rooms need a complete remodel to make modern and they need to update WiFi and update to smart TV's and include breakfast."

"You cannot just rate by Starts. It requires more detail. I utilized your room for plus 12 Days. I booked with 3rd Party Expedia. Company pays for rent could stay at higher cost places. Your people were great individuals working and handling the property daily. 5 Starts for people. On check out day did not see my points on Billing. Desk said its because you used 3rd party.
