"When i booked information was not provided you must pay 15.00 to park overnight and i have a handicap placard. They said that doesnt matter. Asked the day of check in if i can do late check out nexy day. Was told to ask morning of. When i asked morning of was told should of asked during check in. Needed bedding for sofa bed, was given a very thin iychy wool blanket. My son was itching all night. Asked if i can pay cash for the parking was told no. In no rush to stay here again. Only goid...

"The room was modern and clean. We needed an accessible room, and the layout and adaptations were well thought out and really made the space usable and nice for my friend in his wheelchair. Every interaction with staff during our stay was a positive one. I highly recommend this Holiday Inn!"

"The room was clean and breakfast was done well. The pool and hot tub are in need of maintenance and cleaning. The hot tub was disgustingly dirty. The internet was subpar and TV was junk. Overall we give this hotel stay a 5.5/10 for a family one night stay"

"I found a roach in my room and was moved to a room on a different floor. I would’ve left the hotel but I had already paid for the second night and they wouldn’t refund my money. I will not be staying here again."

"Breakfast was cool, staff was nice, outside of the hotel and waiting area was clean. It was the room we stayed in was dirty. It smelled funky and we noticed the bed sheets were dirty stained with makeup and Cheeto marks. As if they didn’t change out the sheets. "

"Best Western hotels usually have good breakfasts, but breakfast at this SureStay by Best Western was pretty awful. The hotel's location was in a quiet area of high-rise office buildings near the airport, with no nearby restaurants or shopping. My room was clean and comfortable, and staff members wiere helpful and friendly. I probably would not stay there again."

"Not sure how they justify being more expensive than Ontario Inn. Nothing different, and Ontario is less expensive. No complaints otherwise."

"Front desk staff was lovely, but the property itself needs work. Our room had a musty, stale smell, the toilet was broken (though fixed promptly when I asked), and the bedside table had something sticky on it.Gym had no working water cooler or cups. This property has seen better days… Given the many hotels near the airport, I would choose a different spot."

"The hotel is ok notably the bathroom-showers which have been improved. The restaurant is however quite disappointing. Don’t trust the nice pictures in the lift showing dishes theoretically served in the Orchid restaurant ! Hopefully there is an Inn and Out Burger nextdoor…"
