"My friends and I booked this hotel through Expedia for Beyond Wonderland. I booked two months in advance. The day of my booking I called around 9:30 am for early check-in. Right off the bat the receptionist gave me attitude and was extremely rude. They told me they were overbooked so couldn't accept early check-ins. I understand this was an extremely busy weekend so I simply explained that the person I spoke to the day prior suggested I call the morning of. The worker told me " well it's TODAY...

"clean room, only a couple of broken things. The bedroom itself was a little warmer than the kitchenette area. Paid for late checkout and then had someone from front desk barging through my door while my sister was showering, instead of relooking at their checkout sheets and who had late checkout, I paid extra just to have those hours to sleep and kept getting it interrupted by constant knocks from front desk."

"I didn’t think they kept 1960’s motels still in business- especially under the Marriott Residence brand. No shuttle to the airport in the morning, the smell and property was outdated. The air conditioning barely worked and the toilet leaked. The tub was stained and if I had to stay over 5 hours for a connection and had a chance to cancel, I would’ve been gone. "

"This place was everything that it was said to be therefore I gave it a good rating however it is not uncommon to have flights going over your place in the middle of the morning due to Asian flight time arrivals. Also trash cans were being moved at 3 o’clock in the morning on rollers makes a little bit of noise woke me up."
