"Clean room, location to events and easy in and out"

"First of all, in the biggest picture, the room was more than comfortable it was clean and quiet, and the staff was superb. Breakfast was included and it was fine, Protein choices were good and it was well stocked. One complaint. I specifically searched for a hotel with kitchenette and a pool. I wasn't looking to do laps, but wanted to continue my rehab from recent joint replacement surgery, and was REALLY disappointed when we arrived and found the pool was under construction. "As soon as we parked and got out our vehicle we was greeted with the stench of sewage. Once we got checked in and made it to our floor the hallways had a moldy smell. For a complex that has been newly built it was in rough shape. The carpet was dirty, the light fixtures was broken, the hot water on the sink was turned off for some reason and parts of the carpet by the tv was ripped. The sofa/ couch appeared to be broken. I wouldnt recommend this particular hotel to anyone. "

"The hotel is nice , room was excellent, they need to improve. A few things, like no hangers in the closet. And breakfast only waffles,, cereals , and apple juice . Is a good idea to improve the breakfast."

"No coffee available for the early risers from the east coast, short staffing, mediocre attitudes. It is what it is. Elevator floors always sticky and dirty, just an obvious lack of effort to be excellent. So, i guess all normal if you want a normal mediocre lodging, knock yourself out."

"First there was no hot water like warm showers at best. Room wasn’t cleaned properly, still garbage, crumbs on carpet. Had to ask several times over two days to get a fourth bath towel. Maid service only comes every two days. Hotel in a good under from the French quarter. Your better finding a hotel closer and paying the parking fees."

"Amazing hotel "

"Very cute hotel but there was no elevator, the a/c unit was noisy and parking was difficult. I know the climate was the cause but there were many gnats in the room and lobby:bar."

"The staff provided superb service and allowed us to check into our room at 8:30 am. This worked out perfectly after disembarking from our cruise. We were able begin our sightseeing! The room was quite and very comfortable. Parking for our car was convenient and free. I would most certainly stay again."
