"I didn’t enjoy my stay at this hotel at all. The parking garage is a hassle to access with heavy luggage, wrong room was given, no room service as advised, we were told that we could call and order food for pickup from the bar/restaurant but then they told us we couldn’t do it when we tried the next day, we were told no to nearly everything. Completely empty shampoo bottle when we arrived, which I discovered in the middle of my shower. This is not a luxury hotel and possibly one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in as far as service and amenities go. They will not lift a finger to make sure your stay is enjoyable. I was shocked by this, as I’ve stayed in many Hilton hotels over the years. This hotel is unlike and Hilton I’ve ever stayed in. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone ever. My daughter was unexpectedly sick when we arrived and they wouldn’t even let us order and pick up food from the restaurant to avoid getting other people sick. Absolutely awful experience all around."
