"Clean room, smelled good, and the staff was friendly"

"We booked for only one night and it exceeded expectations, the room was adorable, clean, the whole hotel smelled fresh, parking was a breeze, the staff was lovely, the TV had preloaded streaming services just had to log in. The shower alone was worth the price, the water pressure was adjustable and amazing! It does spray out of the shower a bit so keep the door shut! The room was on the pricier side but it was worth paying for peace of mind and comfort. My only regret was only staying one night!...

"Don’t ever consider stay there ! I have never stayed at horrible place like this one. People are unprofessional, with the worst service in the world. Dirty sheets, unclean rooms, very disrespectful staff. It’s crazy !"

"There were no staff when we arrived to check in so I was quite disappointed that I had to check in using a machine. It’s very frustrating. We got there late at night and that’s not what we were wanting to do when we arrive late for check-in fortunately there was a very nice security guard there. I believe her name was Vanessa. "Very clean and updated rooms! Loved the lobby food, bar, and breakfast."

"The breakfast was amazing! So much variety and fresh items. Turkey bacon and plant based sausage for those with dietary restrictions. The staff were very friendly and helpful and kept everything very clean and organized. Our shower didn’t drain very well and a smell came from the bathroom because of it I think but other than that it was a great place to stay. Highly recommend for a family of 6 for one room with the pull out couch great for kids. "
