"We found some problems in our room and reported reception a few times during our 4night stay but nothing was solved. They are quite simple requests 1) chair was broken and needed to be fixed or replaced 2) bed mattress was damaged and needed to be rotated or replaced 3) shower water pressure was away too low and only warm water I guess manager just ignored guests as the problems started long time ago that is why the reputation is quite bad but reception staff are good. You need to get breakfast before 8:00 otherwise no muffins and only coffee is available. Also utensil, plates, pots and pans are upon requests "

I have stayed at this Hyatt in Milford many times over the past several years and while the room and all amenities have been great, the thing that I appreciate equally is the congeniality and hospitality of the staff. I highly recommend this hotel."

"Shout out to JP from engineering for getting us back into our room after our room lock failed. Hotel was clean but dated, lobby chairs and tables need to be replaced. Other Hiltons offer free breakfast, here you have to pay. "

"I recently stayed in Room 221 and was very disappointed with the condition of the property. Upon arriving at my room, I encountered dog feces in the hallway, which I nearly stepped in—an unacceptable first impression. Unfortunately, the issues continued inside the room. The ceiling showed visible stains from what appeared to be old water leaks, and the walls were noticeably dirty and stained. The curtains were both dirty and torn, and the carpet was in poor condition. The furniture was also unclean to the point that I felt compelled to place a bed sheet over it before sitting down. The toilet in bedroom 2 would not flush. I chose this location based on a positive experience I had two years ago, which makes this stay especially disappointing. The decline in cleanliness and overall upkeep is significant. Given this experience, I would not choose to stay here again. The current condition of the room does not reflect the standards I would expect as Hilton standards."

"The room was clean the staff was nice the only thing we would eat was the waffles. Enough parking. But I wasn't happy the pool was closed. I had one upset Son. Who was excited, to found out he could go. An email would have been nice. As a mom I plan trips around my family and our time."
