"Abou 10 minutes from Cortina. Very beautiful hotel, excelent amenities. Complete and very good breakfast buffet. The only point is that there isn’t air conditionair. Exceeded my expectations!!"

"Herzlicher Empfang. Frühstück hervorragend, leider oft zu wenig Tassen für Tee oder Cappuccino. Toller Ausblick Richtung Pelmo und Villanova. Sehr nettes Team beim Frühstück und im Restaurant. Halbpension lohnt sich, Essen sehr lecker und zwischen mehreren Gerichten wählbar. Das Zimmer war für uns - 3 Erwachsene - groß genug. Die Dusche ebenerdig. Und bei geschlossenem Fenster war das Zimmer ruhig. Leider waren wir grad bei der Hitzewelle da und da war es bei geöffnetem Fenster luftig aber...

"Away from the centre of the village, surrounded by mountains, we had a lovely view from our balcony of a field with donkeys grazing and a small chapel at the far end of the valley. It is quite a hike from the hotel to the lake. If you’re a hiker, then this is the place for you. The dinner was expensive and mediocre. I do not recommend the half-board plan. Breakfast was okay, very limited choices. They benefit from the high tourist numbers obviously reflected in the limited value for money...

"I think it all has to do with expectations. I think the main problem was it just lacked basic hotel items. No water kettle, no rubbish bin in the room, you had to pay for a coffee or tea yet there was no way to get any - same with water, luckily you can just drink the tap water. I think overall it would be a 5/5 if the hotel was rated 3 stars and was about 100 euros less a night"

"Loved our short stay here - staff were really helpful (even on email before our stay), the free shuttle could drop us at a few different close set locations at any reasonable time, food was great and the spa was really well maintained. Only wish we could have stayed longer!"
