"Not a fan of yellow water and zerooooo hot water for showers! Clerk sent us to second floor for a first floor room even when I questioned that. Screaming kids and hollering adults slamming doors most of the night. Just bad overall. Assuming the overnight attendant was literally snoring on the couch near the lobby as we went in search of the 6am breakfast! Since he was behind the check in counter after that? Yeah clearly an employee! Just not a good experience."

"Worst hotel experience we have ever had. Both the night clerk when we checked in and the morning clerk were extremely rude. Clerk was rude when we checked in and when I had to go ask for a role of toilet paper because the room had none she acted like she was put out for having to get me some. The clerk in the morning was extremely rude to my wife for wanting to take a yogurt to the room. Have always enjoyed LaQuinta but this experience was awful."

"We were pleasantly surprised. Our first visit to this location. Our visit was a one night stop while traveling. Our room was farthest from the check-in office, and on the second floor. A walk thru hallway or elevator was handy. Later after dinner, our room keys did not work and a walk to the office to get new keys was a disappointment, but necessary. Desk clerk was satisfactory, However, the female breakfast clerk was very friendly and went out of her way to help. I would recommend and would...

"We have stayed here couple of times its always nice and clean , room keys where not working as usual our last stay it was tricky to open the room door or the pool not sure what was happening we did got new keys on the from desk but the problem was the same, we talk to our room neighbors and they say their room keys were doing the same so Not sure what happened this time. But besides that everything was perfect for what we wanted it , go to Hershey park , kids always love the road from the hotel...
