"This hotel is really magnificent and is a must-visit in Brunei. It is a pitty I did not have much time to spend there. "We stayed in a Palm Villa and it was amazing. Loved everything about it, especially the breakfast delivered by boat. We spent a lot of time on our deck and in and out of the water. All staff were friendly and genuine. Food at all meals was great. Snorkeling around the property to look for giant clams was a highlight."

"Could be solid but a lot of the staff seemed upset and disinterested. 1 would not fill up water bottle as too far in kitchen. Another played music while cleaning up despite beautiful quiet morning with birds. Another swore when seeing mess left by an animal. Front desk was super awesome however. "We had a wonderful time here. We stayed for 3 nights in a superior chalet. As it was a basic chalet it was actually the best chalet we have stayed in, spatious, 2 air con units which kept us lovely and cool. Big bathroom and rain shower. The bed was huge and really comfortable. They also provide free insect repellent in the rooms and by the pool which we didn't find anywhere else on our trip. Wifi in the room and TV. There are steps up to our chalet which we found okay but people with mobility...

"Second time staying here. Absolutely love the view and the beach of this hotel. Definitely worth travelling a bit further out to get this experience. Staff were incredibly helpful and remembered me from my last stay, having my room ready before I even arrived. Will definitely stay again. My only complaint is the food at this resort, although I've heard the wood fired pizza is excellent, it wasn't available during my stay."
