"This hotel is really magnificent and is a must-visit in Brunei. It is a pitty I did not have much time to spend there. I guess I can spend the whole day or even two days wandering around to take photos and to enjoy all the services. The only thing I did not like about it is a lady at the reception who helped us check out. It was kind of rude when she never said full sentences. For example, she would ask me "room?". "Perfectly located for the Sepilok orang utan and Borneo bear sanctuaries! Also the RDC! The hotel is set in a beautiful location and is full of stunning views! The owners were very welcoming and willing to share their passionate stories about the hotel! Breakfast was good - different on both mornings. Tasty and light food to set you up for the days! Dinner was also good - nice menu catering for everyone. The rooms are clean and simple - just how they should be in a rain forest! "

"Generally all good, except for the WiFi - which was very intermittent... On/Off/On/Off/On/Off and I had 2 usernames and passwords. I was told it was a supplier issue, which given the WiFi works perfectly well in the reception/lobby area - doesn't strike me as true. I think the resort needs to up its game with the WiFi equipment to the resorts and/or increase the wifi bandwidth available to guests. "キナバルヴィラに４泊しました。おだやかな海が一望できる清潔かつ快適な部屋に滞在し、自然豊かなリゾートを満喫しました。 一緒に行く予定だった娘が直前で体調を崩してしまったため一人旅になりましたが、ひとりでも充分楽しめます。 コタキナバルのジェッセルトンポイント（船着場）にあるオフィスでも、チェックインに始まりチェックアウト後の空港へのタクシーの手配などさまざまなサポートをしていただき、有り難かったです。 フレンドリーでホスピタリティにあふれたスタッフの方がほとんどでしたが、目をそらして挨拶をしてくださらない方（ごく一部です）がいて残念でした。 とはいえ、とてもすてきな体験でした。次回はぜひ娘と一緒に来たいです。"
