"Nice clean room, good shower and beds. It's such good value and basic which is all I needed as was at the BTCC at Donginton Park all day. Nice selection of beers in the bar and friendly staff. This is my second time using this hotel and will use again in the future."

"Due to a rather very poor inter-floor sound insulation between the 2nd and 1st floor,from 5am to 6:37am, a constant thudding more akin to an elephant 's footfall, repeated loud dropping of heavy items,by a guest who probably wasn't aware of, or cared very little, meant disturbed sleep floor below. Will not be staying here again!"

"Excellent accommodation, clean, tidy and close to Southwell. Easy parking and nice touch with snacks and drinks you could buy. Tea/coffee facilities, nice en-suite.
Host was very receptive, we left an iPad in the room, and they kindly posted it back to us . Thank you"

"Beautiful building, spacious room, center of the city. This was a great spot, and I’m glad we stayed there! It was a hike up the stairs, so be prepared with your bags. However, the spacious room was worth the hike."

"Hotel does have some parking but the majority of parking is either on street or at NCP near Tesco. Decent pubs in the immediate vicinity of the hotel restaurant which looked good"
